Shipping policy

Janine is thrilled to share her artwork with you and ensure it arrives at your doorstep safely. Please review the shipping policy for important information about delivery times and worldwide shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are hand-packed by Janine with a personal touch. Please allow up to 2-5 days of processing time to prepare the order for shipping. You will be notified when your order has been shipped.

If experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed. You will be notified by email of any significant delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of your order. We do our best to offer fair and accurate rates, and you’ll be able to see the total shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, most domestic (Canadian) orders arrive within 3–10 business days. For U.S. and international customers, delivery can take 2–4 weeks, depending on the destination and customs processing times. Customs delays can occasionally occur, so we kindly ask for your patience as your package makes its way to you.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. If you're located outside of Canada, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your country's border services and are the responsibility of the customer.

While we do our best to clearly label and document all shipments, we have no control over any additional fees charged by customs. U.S. customers in particular should note that tariffs and handling fees may be applied at the border, especially on larger orders. These are not included in the price of your items or shipping.

To avoid surprises, consider checking with your local customs office for an estimate of any potential fees.

Tracking

Tracking is available on certain shipping methods* and will be shown at checkout when applicable. If you choose a tracked option, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

*Letter mail will not come with a tracking number; however, if you would like to track a letter mail order, please send an email to janinepayneillustrations.shop@gmail.com , and we can arrange a tracked option for an additional fee.
