Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location.
Please note: Some countries may charge customs, duties, or import taxes upon arrival of your package. These fees are not included in the shipping costs, unfortunately, and are the responsibility of the buyer. I recommend checking with your local postal service or customs office if you are unsure!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery times depend on shipping method and destination!
Do you offer tracked shipping?
Yes! At checkout, you'll have the option to choose a tracked shipping option for most destinations.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
I do not accept returns at this time. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact me and I'll do my best to make it right!
What if my items arrive damaged?
Oh no! Please send me an email with your order number and a photo of the damage, and I’ll get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
Product Questions
What medium do you use for your artwork?
I work primarily with oil pastels, which give my pieces their soft, textured, and vibrant look. Some pieces are also combined with watercolour or digital editing for finishing touches.
Are your products handmade?
Yes! Every piece is created, printed, cut, and packaged by me in my home studio!
Are your products eco-friendly?
I do my best to be mindful! Wherever possible, I use recyclable packaging and minimize plastic in my orders. Some cards and prints may be packed in a single sleeve to minimize waste as well!
Commissions & Custom Work
Do you take commissions?
Yes! Take a look at my portfolio to view my past work. If you are interested in a specific project, please reach out, and we can discuss further!
Can I request a custom card or print?
I'm not currently offering fully custom designs, but feel free to message me if you have a fun idea. I'd be happy to work with you on a specific design and discuss further.

Can I stock your work in my shop?

Do you license your artwork?
Yes! I am open to licensing opportunities. Please get in touch if you're interested in collaborating.
