However, if there is an issue with your order (arrives damaged or incomplete), please reach out.

We handle concerns on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.

To report an issue please contact us at janinepayneillustrations.shop@gmail.com with a photo and a brief explanation within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee a cancellation as your order may already by in progress.
